Time zone management

All devices connected to akonet.cloud are assigned a time zone; this zone is assigned automatically through the NBIoT network (default option) or manually through akonet.cloud. To change this setting, access the device data edit and edit the “Time zone” field as required. The “Auto” option sets the time zone automatically.

The time zone has to be assigned manually in Akonet.Edge devices.

If the time zones of the device and the computer or mobile used to access akonet.cloud do not match, remember that:

Akonet.cloud takes the local date/time of the device in the following cases:

In the device view, moving the mouse over the connectivity icon
In the device alarms list
The graphics of the devicetIn the working schedule of the device
In the list of changes to the device configuration (audit)
In the device events list
In the task list (backlog)

Akonet.cloud takes the local date/time of the computer or mobile in the following cases:

In the list of reports
In the list of notifications
In the notification rules (creation and query)
